W210 overboost stuck open?

Making left turn accelerating, heard what sounded like air brake pressure dump. Car runs poorly, accelerating get black smoke. Car will idle normally, recent work was new belt tensioner spring shock and lever, water pump, thermostat, housing, radiator, fan. Thinking over boost stuck open possible..

Any idea?

Answer: rubber boot got dislodged in the turbo system, made the engine run with only what air it could suck in on its own. I can say I don't want a NA 606. Case solved
