RHD wipers on a 126?

I hate the wiper setup on the 126. The wiper that travels the least amount, and therefore the slowest, should be on the drivers side. So, do the RHD 126's have the same wipers, or are they reversed? If they are reversed, has anyone looked at swapping a RHD wiper assy?

The RHD wipers are reversed.

I kind of like only having one wiper go in front of my face

I think Benz got that problem figured out in W140 - the LHD cars had what you can call RHD wipers, the RHD had the opposite.

The concept was that the wipe happened a few milliseconds quicker when they are first switched on. Just like the mono on the 124 rests on left on LHD and right on RHD - you get immediate clear vision dead ahead, rather than wait for the sweep to happen.
