Answer

I have one of many local hydraulic shops fabricate the tube / hose assembly, it is cheaper + the weakest hose is 3000 psi.

Here are more links to this topic.

Do you have a Photo?

Are any of the parts in the pic the one you need?

If it is a Steel Tube and located where someone could weld it I supppose that is possible if the Heat would not damage the Oil Cooler or other parts. Of course there needs to be room to weld in.

If it is the Steel Tube that is part of the Oil Cooler Hose you are better off with a new Hose.

whunter has the right picture.
Salt is the culprit here in New England. Welding is out as the corrosion is all over the tube. I would only move the failure around. Naturally they look like some weird connector that is not readily available.

That's strange, the 606 I have is from a '99 E300D, but it uses short lengths of rubber hose directly off of the oil filter housing, which I presume attached to hard lines just beyond the up-pipe.

The parts source I looked Hunter's part numbers up at had the Oil Cooler Hoses as $165 for each Hose.

Downhill

Well, that went downhill quickly. Went to loosen the pipe attached to the cooler and the AL fitting broke off. Looks like a fitting is screwed into the square head boss on the cooler.

Where can I find a parts picture?
I have a MB CD but it tells nothing.

Can you post or send me your VIN# ?

This is for correct parts / repair data access.
