This is absolutly not a thirty thousand mile or 64 thousand killometer engine. The sellar has not even heard the engine run I suspect.
If the compression was pretty equal and high across all the cylinders 500.00 maybe. Aftermarket hose clamp visable and buildup on transmission pan point to average accumulated milage. You could inform him of what members on this site mention to you and take a chance with a compression check. He is seriously misrepresenting what he has.

Even has a replacement water pump I noticed by the silicone sealant. One of those pesky water pumps that cannot last 30k I suppose?
