W124 300TDT strange idle and smoke
Hello, My name is Thomas and i live in Norway.. Im just warning you that my english is quite bad :P
Ive got this strange idle and A LOT of smoke from the exhaust on my S124 300TD (originally) after mounting a "turbokit" from a 603 turbodiesel parts engine :confused: Because of my poor english i am going to post a video so you guys can see what im talking about :D IMG4193 - YouTube You can see the problem at the start of the video, then it goes back to normal. But as soon i hit the pedal its getting a rough idle |

the car looks nice, but you've got an exhaust leak for SURE. likely from the downpipe flex connector, but it could be from the Cat connector also. assuming the pipes are connected at the turbo... |
