Anybody ordered from this guy?
I came across this guy on Ebay. Appears to be from Argentina. Looks like he's selling off a bunch of old dealer items. I came across this hunting for some german NOS Bosch Nozzles. He;s got a pretty nice spread in his store!
I'm a bit hesitant to deal though since he's overseas. I got burned once on a deal on ebay with somebody overseas. Wasn't sure if anybody here had come across this guy or had any experiences.

Message him with your concerns, buy something small, make sure it's shipped insured, and go from there. I believe you can get paypal/shipping insurance for stuff like this so that you're covered if he cuts & runs

I have emailed with him and he was very responsive to my questions. I was trying to get him to come down on the price of a part, but he declined. So I never actually bought anything, but our discussions were positive.
Paypal has pretty good purchase protection, so just be sure to use Paypal or something like that which protects you if the part is not as advertised or never arrives.

Yeah I'm actually also drooling over the gear pullers he has for the old manual transmissions (W123) and such. I need to read the paypal stuff in detail to make sure I dot all those I's and cross all those T's!

I do agree that his stuff seems pricey and some of it isn't unobtanium closer to home, with some concerted effort.
HOWEVER, I seriously doubt someone would scam by posting stuff like that on eBay. I have purchased from damn near every place there is an eBay, except Russia, and never had a problem. Ask yourself if the vendor seems above board, and take it from there. Be prepared for the shipping to take 2x-3x longer than the post office claims, however. I sell on eBay and ship anywhere except Africa. Once you get outside the high-traffic routes, it can take a while for stuff to arrive.
