2nd flasher relay, headlights might be light relay?
 
Agree re: checking and replacing flasher relay. Headlights could be bad headlight relay. Was car possibly jump started incorrectly?

I have a working pre ignition system! Man, it is so nice being able to just let the plugs heat up a little and boom, she starts without hesitation.

Next is the fuel system. Drain and flush, probly followed by a purge. Love this beater!
