'84 190D lower radiator hose
Anybody know where I can get an '84 190D lower radiator hose that isn't made by URO?
Everything I've read online points to a low opinion of URO rubber parts. I don't want to buy a hose I'm going to have to replace in 2 years. I've read a bunch of the threads on here where the guy from URO replied and I don't like the sound of any of it. I'm going to call my "local" (one hour away) dealer tomorrow and see what they can do. I've seen prices on the URO part from $16 to $60. I'd pay $100 for something that could go the 20+ years the original did.

********* just has URO like most others. ********AZ says they have Lemforder but don't actually have any. I've emailed to see when they might be in stock. Looks like there are a couple Lemforders on eBay.
I've emailed a couple other suppliers to see if they could come up with something non-URO. Generally the ones that say "Why wouldn't you want URO?" I'm throwing away.

Dealer parts on stuff like hoses are not all that expensive compared to local stores like Napa....and the quality is excellent. A lot of the time Napa carries better parts than the online houses. Might check there first.

Turns out Amazon was a hit for this one:
Amazon.com: Lemfoerder Radiator Hose: Automotive I don't mind buying from a dealer, the problem is its an hour each way from here...
