Hello all,
You've heard the sob story before. Wife got pregnant, needed a car that she wanted to drive without worrying constantly what was going to break.

I have been trying to sell this car on Craigslist, and having no luck. I really do not want to scrap this thing but I am not sure I have the time or space to part it out. I noticed there was a rusty 300D on the for sale thread with few bites after ten days.

Anyone have any advice to help me keep this car from the junkyard? Besides the body it is in great shape.

...hold the phone, dude, you live in Maine... what do you want? How many miles on the engine? How's the interior/lights/glass? I suppose that this has the 2.88...

*EDIT* Actually, do you want to post the link to the ad? A quick search of Craigslist doesn't turn anything up.

I should add that I can't buy this thing right now, but might be able to in a few weeks, depending on the price.

Definition of serious rust in a 123. If the engine quits then you and any passengers just revert to the flintstone method of propulsion.

Put it on eBay....

See the great thing about a w123 rotting....is....less weight....means....better MPG

Now you can say you are getting 50mpg.....you'll get some good bids...I guarantee it!
