What should it cost?

Valve adjustment, timing chain check, Transmission oil and filter change... at your local MB dealer?

I figure at the labor rate they charge around here..... about $400 to $500. Parts included. Paid labor jobs. The dealer boys love to see those drive in.....Thank Goodness for the helpfulness of this discussion.

Just noticed you're in Woodstock too

I'm expecting my first diesel here shortly. Maybe we can learn to bend a few valves together and save a few bux
