My sister in Portland, OR has said that her 300D has got to go, after a couple mishaps by her lovely daughter (don't let your kids drive these!). I have posted it FS in the classifieds here for your perusal and offers. I am considering shipping it to me in OH, but thought i'd offer it up for anyone here who may be interested.
It is a rust free NW car and has 201k, she bought it in '07 with 172k. It has had routine service and could use a good cleaning, but the dash is not cracked and like I said, it's rust free. No complaints about the transmission that i'm aware of.

The '84 300D has arrived at the pickup terminal here in Fairfield, OH, after being shipped from Portland on 8/23. 13 days! $653, not bad. Used DependableAutoShippers, DAS. I'm picking the car up tomorrow afternoon, and then begins its rehab. Diesel Purge, fuel filters, oil and filter as soon as it hits the driveway, then on to everything else. Should be fun. Diesel Paul has a hood for me and I already had a nice grille in stock, plus all the side trim pieces from my old '83 4 spd. donor 240D.
