Good Bay Area, CA Mechanics?
 

Hey guys,

I've gone to Garrett in the past but I think he may be swamped and haven't been able to get a hold of him. Any good mechanics around the bay area that you guys can recommend? I have a 1985 300TD wagon. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don`t know of any on your side of the hill, but here in Santa Cruz, I was using Water Star motors before I started doing my own DIY.. Henry and his Wife Lisa are the owners, and Henry has been working on these older cars for ever. He is third from the left in the group picture.

A bit far, but if on your way to Lake Tahoe, Silver Star Motors in Fair Oaks, CA is always busy and seem to know what they are doing. I have only bought parts there.
