10mm Mandrel - where can I buy one?

I'm looking to purchase the 10mm Mandrel located on top of page 1033 (Item #10) of the following write up. I believe the size is 10mm X 150mm. Anyone have any ideas where I could purchase one?

You can use any convenient metal pin. When I did mine, I used one of the punches from the Harbor Freight Long Drive Pin Punch Set About $7 for the set.

Does anyone think a 10mm Bolt with the threaded end cut off would work?

Should work fine. And if not, no harm done, just use something else.

When I did mine, I looped some heavy wire through the drilled holes and attempted to use a slide hammer...no luck. Use pry bars and it will come right out.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the 10mm dimension. A piece of 3/8" steel rod, or a 3/8" bolt will do the job just as well. A 3/8" twist drill is also probably easier to find, and cheaper.
