92 R129 Brakes on 95 W124
Hi,
I have searched and read, and researched some more. From what I've learned the front brakes from the r129 will bolt right up. How about the rear brakes? Would the brake booster from a R129 swap with that of a w124? Is the booster swap worth it? My tires are 225/45/17 right now. Also planning on a stainless steel line swap too. |

I've got 124 fronts and 129 rear brakes on my 201. They bolt up just fine.
A few caveats: -15 inch rims will not fit well. -Front control arms might require grinding? Not sure sure about the 123 but my 201 units DID. The rotor was hitting the arm. I believe the booster would swap as well.

I've put larger boosters and master cylinders in 3 of my 4 124s. I'll be making the enhancement to the 4th next week. I did have to move the remote start plug on each.
