Hard Acceleration All Indicator Lights turn on then off 95 E300D

what does this mean?

It means you need to provide us with at least the model and year of your car in order to have a clue where to start.

at first - remove the alternator voltage regulator. Your carbon brushes maybe shot, check the idling voltage too. it should be 14.4V - not higher not lower.

when the alternator fails it illuminates the battery lamp, that battery lamp also illuminates all the panel as a precheck when you start the engine, so if it fails whilst operating you get all lamps lit again.
