Window diagnostic question
 

Passenger window quit working in the down position. Cleaned the switch. Nothing. Took the harness for the passenger window and plugged it into the driver's side switch which I know is working. Nothing happened to passenger window. Is this a definitive test showing the problem is either in the passenger window wiring or the motor?
Driver's rear window doesn't work either but I think it hasn't functioned for quite a while. I've haven't tried to use it in years until passenger window quit and I tested all the windows. Passenger rear window works fine.

Pull both of your Window Fuses and check the tips of the Fuses and where they contact on the Brackets.

If you mean the Front Passenger/Front Right Window if you pull out the lower Front of the Door Panel (if it has a Map Pocket you need to unhook that) you will expose a Wire Junction/Terminal Block.
The Screws may be loose there.

You can use those 2 Wires test the Motor.
The Window Motor bodies are not grounded as part of the Electrical Circuit like your Starter Motor is.

If you hook the Motor Wires to your Battery the Window will go one direction. If you swap the Wires to different terminals on the Battery the Window will go the opposite direction.

2 fuses? From the fuse label I concluded there was only one fuse for the windows. There are 2?

Dammit, I was reading the fuse labels wrong. I thought I remembered that the windows were related diagonally. It was a bad fuse and a bad switch. I replaced the fuse then hooked the right front window harness to the left front window switch and it went up. Now I need to find a new switch or figure out what's happening to the right front switch although I've already had it out and cleaned it.

When I took apart My Switches I found I had to use a small Pocket Knife Blade to scrape off the burned and pitted area.
That stuff I had read about using Contact Cleaner or a Pencil Eraser to clean the would not have worked.

There is a single Fuse that is shared by the Power Window Relay and some other components. On My Year and Model that is the #12 Fuse.

Yes, a mistook fuse #12 as the fuse that controlled all the switches. I didn't see the fuses labeled for the windows outside the main labelling box. I ordered a new right hand side set of switches from Ebay for $17. The contacts looked clean when I disassembled the switch but it doesn't rock as smoothly as the others and I couldn't figure out why. The switch is stiff and when pushed down it doesn't seem to go as far down as the others.
