What parts needing replacement should I be worried about on a high mileaged E320 cdi?

I would like to purchase a 2005/2006 E320 CDI. I currently own two MB's with 300,000 miles on them. What parts should I worry about needing replacement besides the obvious one the transmission? Im talking about a car with over 250,000 on it? Thanks
