HELP! Stuck mid project

'99 w210 E300D

i'm stuck here in mid project of replacing the radiator.

I've got everything disconnected ready to pull the rad but i can seem to get the driver side AC condenser mount to lift up out of the bracket on the rad.

I don't want to pull on it too har out of fear of jacking the AC condenser hard lines.

Anybody can help with a tip for this??

I don't remember but look around real close to where the lines come through the radiator support area to make sure they are not still fastened to the support. Again, going on memory here, may not have anything to do with it.

Got it! Thanks for the reply.

One of the hard pipes for the condensor mounts to this lil rubber shock mount on the frame. Loosened that and was able to get just enough play to get it out.

New Question:

I got everything back together with the new rad, filled through the top fitting with glycol and filled the tank.

Started up and went up to temp fast. I shut er down when it was showing 90c on the gauge. The rad and hoses were still cool.

How can I get it all full and flowing again??

I've done just about everything to my 123s but this is my first time with a 210... And it's not mine so I'm being super careful.

After it has cooled down remove the reservoir cap with it running and add as needed.

...and squish the bottom and top hoses as necessary (only on cool pipes though)

Running it with the cap off did the trick. Just surprising to me how long it took for the thermostat to open while it was just idleing. I put about another half gallon of fluid in there and the temp was right on. Thanks all for the replies.
