Hmm...

Wonder how much of that sunroof rust he fixed...didn't show anything of that besides that one pic. I'll give him props, though. Way to clean up an old Benz!

heh....I should write up one. The amount of work I'm doing to these two W123s is either considered epic or insane.

After looking at the pictures, I remember that thread. I don`t remember seeing that color of green except on a CL listing a while back.

Guy is going into the USAF, sucks he has to sell his car, he put a lot of work into it.

I would call it British Racing Green (I just might be an Anglophile). When I was hunting for repair parts after my 300D got rearended, I saw a W123 at the Pick N Pull in that color. Even sitting in a junkyard with a layer of dust on it, it still looked great. I somewhat considered a color change, but decided it would be too expensive to do it right.

Are leather seats that rare? Both of my wagons have had leather (and cracks).

After sitting on MBTEX in the 124, I'm liking those seats much more than I ever liked the leather in the 123s.

Green MB's are awesome. My longtime dream is to find a nice W126 in the lighter shade of green.
