Engineering Drawings for W124

Greetings all,

can you direct me to engineering drawings of a W124 - basic drawings are fine.

Thanks,
Wdiesel out

Can you be a little more clear in what kind of drawings you are looking for? I doubt we have access to engineering level drawings. We do have access to the factory service manual:

there are also the little black wordless books full of exploded drawings like, for my W123, "Chassis-Engine Catalog C". this is the source of the best graphical material IMHO, the same images as are in the parts ordering system.

Thanks all for the info, just what I needed. :D

I hope it's ok to ask - is there a similar link for W210?

Doesn't look like it.

Look around here, this is where the 124 link came from, I didn't see the 210:

Thanks! For some reason that link takes me to an error message. I just wish I could set up an EPC account, but apparently they don't allow Canadian residents. :( Oh well. Thanks anyway!

Sorry, that link IS bad.

STAR TekInfo

Go there, and on the right side click " MB Workshop Resources " and poke around in there.

Thanks! :)

There's some useful info in there. Hopefully a lot of the 124-specific information applies to 210 as well.

FYI

Mercedes Benz (EPC) Electronic Parts Catalog
EPC-net Online

Remove all versions of JAVA on your computer using add or remove programs or programs and features in the control panel.

Go to Where can I get the latest version of Java 6?

Download the 32 BIT version of JAVA, version 38, install and retry EPC.net.

32 BIT is required for EPC.net and version 6.

Version 7 or 64bit versions are not supported at this time.

Note, I think Mercedes took down the w126 information for some reason.

I contacted them about this and here is what they had to say:

We had too many issues with the information as constructed. Please send VIN and what you are trying to do and we’ll send pdf. Sorry.

As a test; I just went in through Internet Explorer, and accessed the W126 data with no issues.
