300D Splined Collars

I need to replace a couple of the splined collars (at the base of the delivery valves) on my injection pump, but I can't seem to find the part listed anywhere. Does anyone know where I might be able to find these?

I would guess either from a Fuel Injection shop or start looking through the PNP type yards or someone parting out your model.

I have 2 spare 603 pumps sitting on my bench. One is unmolested and the other has had a few screws turned on them. I'll be happy to sell either, both were working just fine when pulled to upgrade to 7.5mm element pump.

The Splined Collar/Delivery Valve Holders can be specific to the Pump itself depending on the Fuel Injection Pump Part Number and model number.
There is a Number Plate on the Pump that has the Part and Model Number.

Bosch Fuel Injection Shops can get them and Mercedes may also have them.

I am not sure what happened to the damaged ones but they do not have much torque on them. Meaning that as long as there is enough splines for the Tool to catch onto and you can tighten it tot he Proper Torque you are Ok. I think the Torque is less than 40 inch pounds.

If the threads where the Fuel Injection Lings go are stripped I don't think they need replacing.

Another issue could be rust but you might be able to fill that in with JB Weld Epoxy and restore the original out side contours. The Outside of the Delivery Valve Holder is only exposed to the Fuel Supply/Lift Pump Pressure.
The Bottom of the Delivery Valve Holder is what seals against the High Pressure of Injection; in conjunction with the Crush Washer.
