Service CD's for 2013 Sprinter?

We've just taken delivery of a new MY 2013 Sprinter. The seller was supposed to supply a service manual or electronic service manual. They tell me Mercedes / Freightliner / Thomas Bus (body builder) doesn't provide that information. Can someone with experience with either startekinfo or Mercedes' Sprinter specific version, sprintertekinfo, advise me as to availability of CD based repair information vs web based, subscription funded information?
