1976 240D Tail Light Seals
Are these available anymore? I have replaced the more simple seals on a 83 300SD before with self-adhesive sealing tape from Home Depot, but the W115 has a very proprietary seal with different thicknesses and edges, plus it creates a boarder around the light too. Should I try glycerin to rejuvenate them? I can't have a leaky car anymore, moving from Phoenix to Buffalo in April. - Mike

Ah, never mind. I ended up calling MB to see if they still had the seals available because I had read an older post stating that the driver's side one was no longer available. However this is not true. Purchased both seals at around $100 a piece and also ordered the lens-to-unit seals for $20 a piece. I'm not super happy to have spent over $250 for just seals, but I figure I'll never have to deal with it again and I'll have piece of mind knowing that they are new and not just rejuvenated.
