Fuel delivery valve seal & washer availability

Hi. Is there a part number for the fuel delivery valve seals & washers? What size are they as far as using off the shelf parts goes?

FYI

Your question needs more data for any answer.

What year, model are you working on?

I will guess it is a 60x family engine ??

OM60_series IP delivery valve reseal

The copper seal rings are not a hardware store item, diesel injection shops usually do have them.

`87 300SDL, my mistake, pardon.

Pelican parts doesn't seem to carry either of these any more. I tried the local autopart store today but they weren't able to help me locate parts either. Anyone know where to point me?

I noted the Bosch injection pump number right off the plate on the IP and gave it to the local injection shop; they sent me the seals and washers for minimal cost.

The Crush Washers need to be specifically made for the Fuel Injection Pump and they are not just Copper Washers.

If you can tap into the Mercedes EPC (parts) Site you could shop with the Part Number.

I have not read any threads where they said the Standard O-rings are now Viton. So I think with the O-rings that is another option. The Viton O-rings and Crush Washers kits used to be sold on one of the Alternative Fuel Sites.
