reasons for Low vibrating Idle OM 603

I know about the OVP, but the idle control valve is a new one to me where is that located?

The ELR actuator is attached to the aft end of the IP. There is no idle control valve in 603.96.

Electric idle control adjuster is near left hood hinge. Black knob with numbers. Lift up, put in new position, push down. Idle can be increased with adjustment at the pump, if electrial idle is not working. Is the idle too low now?

OVP fuse was blown, replaced and fixed,,,, Thanks a bunch guys!!!!
