There is a difference between the ones for an Automatic Transmission and the ones with a Manual Transmission.

For the Automatic Trans mission the one site listed Lemförder/Lemfoerder/Lemforder as being OEM with a part number of 1085902 (this does not look like a Mercedes part Number) and they were less than $60. I beleive this is the Mrecedes part number 1242401717.

I have not read anything on any Forums to indicate where the Lemförder/Lemfoerder/Lemforder ones are made or other details about them.

EDIT: looked on the dealer/epc website and there are 4 or 5 motor mounts listed for my car I guess my best bet is to check the parts numbers on mine.
