Exactly correct. And, the 603 turbo IP is not a good match for a NA 606, you'd need to use the mechanical 606 IP.

That was my original post, the 606.962 is not a direct nor easy swap into a W124. It's an order of magnitude more labor. Ask Zeitgeist about it.
