I have a 2009 e320 bluetec (no urea) with 53,000 miles. What is the criteria that the computer uses to give a "schedule A maintainance is needed within less than a month"? Is the criteria hours of operation, mileage, formula between how hard the engine was ran?

It has 280 hours and about 8000 miles from the last service which as about 8 months ago.

I would assume a combination of the two, that or it times the amt of time between it's set service schedule
