OM 602 Injection Pump Vacuum Shutoff Element Removal

The vacuum box located on the top of the OM 602's injection pump is held in place with two bolts.

Once these bolts are removed, what is the procedure for removing the vacuum box? Simply wiggling while pulling up does not help.

Do you have a new one to look at? A vertical rod extends down form the vacuum canister. At the far end of the rod is a pin that when installed is parallel with the road wheels. The pin sticks out towards the port side. IIRC it helps to push down the STOP lever then tilt the actuator so the canister is further port and the pin is further starboard then lift off the actuator.
