Make sure the ACC airbox drains are present and clear before pressurizing the cooling system.

It's an absolutely balmy 25* today, and I'd love to dive into this without the single digits we've had...
Here is the tool

Okay, but why do I need to "Make sure the ACC airbox drains are present and clear before pressurizing the cooling system." Am I going to cause damage if I don't? Or is the test going to be inconclusive??
Thanks,
Confused As Ever

If the drains are clogged and the heater core has a leak, you might leak coolant onto the cabin floor if the pressure test busts a bigger hole in the heater core and the drains aren't in good shape.
