Here are some pictures of where I stopped with the crank pulley before putting the project on hold the other week.
I had some really long drill bits from some project that were useful for this, but these 6 cap screws were really tenacious and every single one had to be drilled flat. I have all 6 out but didn't remove the pulley, hopefully a few weeks and I can return to the project. it will be nice to have all the ordered replacement fastners in and just have to deal with torquing them correctly, but you can bet everything is getting POR-ed and then painted after because of the fastner rust issues on this job going in.
