I have searched, to no avail. can anyone tell me the size grade 8 bolt I could use in the factory jack hole to use a floor jack to raise the vehicle? 92 300d 2.5.

I use a 3/4" bolt in my signature car, I don't think you need grade 8, you're not lifting a loaded dump truck.

I made 2 of the rods that fit into the jack holes. 3/4" rod, stick out about 6". then put a 15deg bend so it was horizontal. jack up the car and then set these on the Jack Stands.
These may not work with severly rusted jack Holes that have been compromised. Charlie

thanks a lot guys. i wasn't sure if it needed to be a grade 8 or not. i'm tired of using the control arm to frame area for jacking.

The answer is 3/4"or 19mm and a grade 8 bolt is a real good idea, not a grade 10, believe it or not!
