Need some help on glow plug upgrade on 115 240d

Just replaced the how plugs on the 115 240d with pencil type ones.
Forgot to remove the ground wire on it. I think i might have messed something up. Didn't find a fuse that got busted.

What I did removed the old plugs
Replaced with pencil type
Installed wire type connectors
Forgot to remove the ground installed it back uh oh..
From what I searched it will pop a fuse. I didn't find any that broke or did I miss anything?
By any chance did I break the pull start or glow salt shaker?
Any help or info would be appreciated.
I'm at the the car right now figuring out what's wrong with it.

I wonder how the relay liked that? Did you need to use the pencil glow plug type glow plug relay to convert or is it the same g.p. relay? Where did the 5 wires at the other end of the glow plug wiring you installed get connected to?

Its the older pull type starter with the glow thingy (salt shaker)on it.
The wiring was connected to the original wire going into the wire loom. I'm guessing inside the dash where the glow display/starter is
There is no g.plug relay on the car if i am correct?

I believe that the w115 doesn't have a relay thus no fuse. You most likely blew the glow plug in the salt shaker....remove it and inspect/test it.
