Possible to clean inside of Amber Bosch fogs?

I searched and searched... Then I searched some more. Alas, the site that has all the answers has let me down for the first time, at least for the time being.

Hopefully someone has an answer or can at least tell me it's not possible to clean the inside of the amber bosch fogs.

Please?

You would need to separate the lens from the reflector. I've never had one in my hand so I don't know how this is accomplished. While you have it apart you could add another coat of clear amber paint to the reflector as they tend to fade over time.

Yeah, separating those looks pretty tough... At least if I want them to fit correctly when reassembled. Now that I think about it I remember having a rusted one in the garage that I could practice on... If I'm able to separate I will let ya know what it all took.
Thanks
