That is great..... what pain to change out that differential and still have the problem...

Glad you solved the problem. These diffs are really rugged. the only one I am aware of that failed was one which had two different size tires on the back so it worked the spider gears all the time. It boiled the lube on a trip and ruined the bearings.

I did change the diff on my Chicago 95 E300 Diesel though.
