1991 350SD in Memphis,Tn

Hello all,

I am offering a 1991 350SD Turbo Diesel for sale.

I have a nice two owner car that was just traded on a MB E500. The car is southern and rust free. Super clean. Dash has no cracks, interior is amazing given the age. Engine runs well with no excessive soot, front end feels tight and crisp.

I am offering it for sale without reserve on ebay. Please give it a look.

Link to auction

The car is being offered without reserve. Bidding starts @ $19.99. I can ship it anywhere in North America easily.

Current high bid is only $3k and just three days to go.

Thank you for your time.

Long time, no see, Herb. I just love this wording in your ad:

I have been around this star for my entire life. I grew up with both of my parents driving Mercedes-Benz automobiles. I was driven to school in one. At age 3, I even had the privilege of driving my parents 220SE through the kitchen of our home. I feel quite comfortable with these cars, and you will too!

I'm back to ebay after an eight year disappearance.

I have about ten diesels to sell and two 190 SL and one 230SL.

I'm thinking about hiring a model to sit in these old MBZ for the photo sessions.

I'm very excited to be back at this.. we will see where it goes!

Nice car. Note it has the automatic locking differential and rear window shade.

I think my enthusiasm died for the ebay listings when the economy began to tank..Sales prices were low.. I started selling everyday cars to ; er well, everyday people. It has sort of been depressing.

I opened my own dealership about two years ago and now I'm thinking long and hard about only selling online and only selling what I like!

We will see. I have about 30 Mercedes that I will be listing in the coming months. I will be very interested to see what condition the market is actually in.

Herb --- we need to catch up sometime soon. I've taken a few forum members on a tour of a certain used car dealership located on Elmore that had lots of old Mercedes sitting on the lot.

Here's a pic of Chad and his wife when he came to purchase Coda from me:

Here's my 190SL on Ebay. No reserve.

I guess I'm getting back into this after eight years off.

I have a bunch of w123's that need paint/restoration.

Does anyone think that the market is robust enough now to start restoring w123 wagons? I heard Mercedes motoring was selling them in the $30's is this the case?
