Delo 400 (all types) has a $5 rebate per gallon also.

Looks like Bi-Mart is only in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon at the moment. For some reason it reminds me of Mega Lo Mart from King of the Hill.

According to the Chevron promotions website, there are other stores. Fred Meyer is one of them.
