Rear Bumper Guard?
Hi,
Since I'm getting my car repaired, I'd like to get a Back Bumper Side Guard Panel...I've looked under Bumper Guard, and A lot of Plastic parts come up. This is black rubber, and I want to be sure I've got the right name for it. I have an 83 300D. The parts I did see related to this were quite pricy, I'm hoping for a good price at a salvage place..if i can find it. So can anyone tell me the Correct name for this part? Thanks much (picture attached, I hope) Linda |

That was a DOT inspired bumper, and the ends (or returns were rubber)

I think the correct name is bumper joint cover.

Take a look at www.picknpull.com for 280E, 240D, 230E, 300D. basically any W123 will fit. This would be for a U.S. spec car not the Euro version.
Bumpers are different. Charlie
