Help diagnosing engine noise 87 300D Turbo

I have a 1987 300D. Car has about 215K miles and it runs great. Last weekend it started making a loud noise that I can't tell what the source of it is.

I made a small clip of it in the hopes that someone has heard this before and can help me diagnose the problem. Clip is here:

Thanks

I'd pull the belt, and check by hand ALL the spinning accessories.

could be the alternator, the belt tensioner pulley, the water pump, the fan clutch, the a/c compressor... etc...

I was wondering about the vacuum pump. Not sure of anything though.

Thank you guys for responding. It turned out to be the belt tensioner and idle pulley that needed replacement. It's back to 'normal' diesel noisy.

With the belt off you'd also be able to determine if it was the vp.
