Hooked up my gauges and the low side had 10lbs showing with the engine running. That's rather odd.......

I'll get a can tap and add some 134a. What's the ideal pressure on the high and low side when filling with freon?

What is ambient temp?

IIRC the low can be up to 30-35 psi. Sounds like you are slightly undercharged with 10 during idle. Does pressure drop when you rev the engine.

10 at idle is low. Either your blower isn't running, or you are low on refrigerant. You could also have a blocked or dirty evaporator. It could even be frozen...
More info is needed

I'll check tomorrow with the car revved up.

Couldn't be frozen since the ETR is brand new, the car was running for 5 minutes with the AC set to on and no click from the AC clutch. Ambient temp...high 80's to low 90's.

I was suggesting you jumper the pressure switch to see if the compressor will kick in and you replied pressing the valve so I got confused.

So I just added a can of freon to the system and at 2k rpms, 90F ambient the low side shows 5 PSI and high is 175-180. At idle the low side was showing 20 PSI and the AC clutch kicked on but nothing cooled.

Alright, I'll add more in.

I suspect the guy that worked on it didn't refill it after he evacuated it to remove a few ounces of oil.

Added another can I suspect the guy just evaded my system even though I asked to charge it.

98F ambient
Low 48-49 PSI
High 270

Vent temp after a drive(aux fan isn't kicking on) 59F...

So that's an improvement but nowhere near what others are getting with the sanden kit. I want cold, unless this is the best I'll get with the original condenser.

When I get back from Idaho I'll order the PF condenser(which on exactly should I get size wise?) and send my Jose off to be modified and recharge the system.

I'll check pressures again tomorrow and inspect for any leaks with soapy water.

Pressures are at what engine speed? You could be overcharged now...

The aux fan needs to be working. Jump the thermal switch and make the fan run. You should have lower vent temps then.
