1998 E300 td, 606 engine

how easy is it to remove and refit the IP drive sprocket and advancement mechanism and will I have to remove the pump? Im very handy with the spanners.

Thanks for the links they will come in handy at some point in the future, but they don't list a 'how to' guide on IP sprocket/timing mechanism removal.
