That is how my car is. its pretty normal as the engine temperature remains in check and the A/C works beautifully.

I agree that the sound is somewhat loud.

my W210 has a PWM electric fan only - that car is silent as a mouse but when required the fan is sped up to full power and then you can hear it from a block away - it sounds like aircraft
