HALP!! rear brakes won't bleed w124

I just replaced my rotor and pads in the rear and it won't bleed, I have the motor running and no luck. I saw a vid where the mech put a larger syringe and sucked the air out at the same time as pressure was applied to the brake pedal. I put a vacuum pump on the nipple thinking it would do the same. no luck there. My problem lays somewhere in the ABS. How the heck do we get these brake lines squirting again ?

The resivoir has a rear chamber that only fills when the res is near the top. That rear part supplies the rear calipers. Sounds stupid but it has happened to the best of us. Look very close at the res.

I had this happen exactly. I kind of freaked out because the rears wouldn't bleed, then realized the rear of the reservoir was empty ... not very easy to see in there so look closely.

The simple fix for that problem is to use a Motive bleeder.

Once you have used one, you will never go back to the old way again.

You don't have to worry about running the reservoir out of fluid, coordinating the up-downs with your helper, or over stroking the master cylinder and ruining it.

Fill it up, hook it up, pressurize, and go round to each wheel. Could not be easier.

It was the rear resivior, filled that tiny little effing tank to the top and it burped, topped it off again and it bled quickly. thanks guys, I was about to drive to the MB guy down the road
