w123 300td: weight of third row seat?
Anyone know what the weight of the optional third-row seat is?
I don't expect you to have weighed one, but ballpark from someone who has hefted one is fine. Tks

I would guess about 35#.

JUST the seat is not much, likely around 18Lbs...
however, WITH the seat are seat belts, and head rests... and a different carpet to cover when it's folded down...

Hey Andrew, if you can do that, that would be great.
Thanks everyone. I have one in the parts car in the driveway but need to assess what the shipping will be (or if it will even BE, at all) Canada -> USA, before I try to sell. I had not tried to unbolt it yet, as I figured it would be at least 50 lbs (and I have lower back probs).
