That's the problem, its probably not possible to figure it out, so I'm not sure what to do. I will for sure re torque the caliper bolts again, although I have checked that already. Its for sure something from the front of the car. The guide rods are tight, and I did try loosening and re torquing the lower control arm bolts with the car sitting on its wheels with no change.

if you cant find what it is, eliminate what it is not in sequence. starting with whats most likely to kill you if its wrong. load bang like that, eventually you will probably find something

after that then you can decide to ignore it or not.

yeah, that was my thought it posting this. Maybe I should have said "what things should I be sure to check before its ok to ignore it if I can't figure it out"
