Switch lights W123

Dose anyone know if the switch panel lights up between the center vents and HVAC panel are supposed to light up (via fiber optic)?

They do light up from a fiber optic spider behind the center console.

That's what I was thinking. Do you know where the bulb hides? Behind the HVAC controls?

As I recall there is one bulb right behind the HVAC controls. That's how my 240D was anyway.

I pulled out my radio only to find someone had pulled the bulb, taking the socket and shoving it into a crevice. Bought some bulbs, crossed my fingers and it lit up. Looks nice with the lights working now.
