In addition to vacuum, there is manifold pressure that needs to be connected to the valve marked y30 in the diagram... Without that, the Alda will not allow fuel flow for power.

thanks for the reply, and the diagram but pardon my ignorance / whining THIS is the diagram that is confusing me .... it " seems " to have parts included that my car does not have ( or was removed or i dont recognize properly .... ( eyes rolling)

for example i dont see part y31 .... i have part y31/1 which i assume is for egr ( and since egr is disabled ..... ) is not needed so much ... so conversely ... i dont know how relevant ( for lack of a better word ) it is ...... YES i know all the parts are there for a good reason ..... ( red face )

as far as i can see that alda connection is intact ... ....

there is a thick black vaccum tube that as seen in picture 2 here ..... where does it go / connect to .... ( as i was referring to it does not show where it ends up ..... ( for example) and conversely which hose is that one in the diagrams .....

do you seen my confusion now ....

i would also like to remove any " unnecessary modules aka hoses not necessary persay "

take good pictures of your engine compartment, upload them to photobucket, and link them here...

use the yellow box, to link the image to your post. we'll look over what you have, and suggest changes.

looks like you have the vacuum lines incorrect for sure.

follow the lines from each component, and verify where they are connected at the other end of the tubing.

compare to the picture on the chart.

looks like the shutoff valve is connected to vacuum all the time, and that will sure cause power problems!
