It is just an online version of the FSM that is available to buy on a CD. The startek site is notorious for having java related trouble. After buying a subscription to EPC (out of the US) the time limit only starts after you have actually managed to log in!

The PDF files do exist on their server and you can reach them directly if you are clever enough to work out the URL (I can send a link to show you how if you want) but using their GUI it often craps out if you don't have exactly the same software they are currently using. It is all Windows based rubbish.
