The end plug for the last injector has either disentigrated with age or fallen off during the valve adjstment. Most likely a very cheap fix.

And can you narrow it down a bit more as to where in So Cal? Lots of us here at the Shop, but So Cal is a big place.

Glad you got your valves adjusted ... waiting 160k miles you certainly were not in a rush.

Notice the first reply by CJ suggested checking your valves?!?!

Certainly a great testament to Mercedes durability.

You are welcome for the offer. Great to hear it is humming again.

In Orange county, Laguna Hills to be specific, I thinink i might have to tow it ot the shop I dont want it blowing up on the way there.. I got the job done @ Camino Imports, a shop that someone reocomended on this site.. very very resonable, I think it came out to 62$ for the valve job.
I was curios about the starter, The motor itself isnt dead, because it whines and turns, but it seems that the linkage however it works is disinagrated, it seems like its not "catching"something. Do i need to replace the whole unit? or is there a easyer fix?
Thanks,
Jivesh
Im also lookin for a front passenger window moter, i know the front window switch works beacuse the interior light dims, so i supposed the only thing left is the moter?

It was probably JCE that recommended Camino Imports.

JCE is a long-standing member that lives in San Juan Capistrano.

There are a lot of us in your general area.
