Problem after Problem, Fuel leak...

I was in the middle of doing an oil change today and i noticed fluid leaking from the back of the oil pan, looks like i have a fuel leak from the third delivery nozzle. Anyone have any idea what kind of issue might be here and the fix process?

Edit: Just changed the glow plugs last week but I'm pretty sure this leak has been going on for a while since now since i always saw liquid around that side of the engine but i thought it was old....

Those are the delivery valves coming off the injection pump but I'm not seeing the leak.

If the leak is coming from the delivery valve(s)...they have o-rings that can go bad from time to time. They are pretty easy to replace and cheap to buy. You need a special socket to remove the holder. Its on Amazon (that where I got mine). Then you need new o-rings and crush washers.

If the leak is from the hard line the only solution is to buy a replacement hard line. They are about $60 new I think. At least my 602 lines were.

May be you took the picture after you cleaned it up. Do not see any leak there. What type of fluid was it, diesel or oil? If it is diesel then it could be delivery valve leak but normally that leak should be very slow and would not pool up anywhere. I suspect it is engine oil leaking below the IP bottom plate. It can be fixed with the IP in situ but you need to be agile as the space is very tight.

If you look closely you can see a small amount of fluid between the second and third valve on the corner of the washer holding it place...
